A short stay with us provides a casual resort vacation experience every weekend. The marina property is easily accessible at the base of Mattituck Inlet off Long Island Sound, and our friendly dock staff await you.

Enjoy our lush and private grounds, waterside pool and the expansive patio of Windamere restaurant, where live music is presented four days a week May through September. Four pool passes are included with your stay, additional passes are available for purchase.

With a dedicated BBQ grilling area and generously spaced fire pits, Adirondack chairs and picnic tables placed throughout the property, there is ample room for clients to relax comfortably.

Our newly renovated restrooms and showers are cleaned throughout the day and checked regularly. They are available for the use of dockage clients and their guests only.

Transient Dockage Pricing:

Peak Season (Memorial Weekend-October 1st)
Off Peak (Before Memorial after October 1st)

  • Transient Weekend rate $7.95 (Fri-Sun)
  • Transient Stay $4.00/ft
  • Transient Weekday rate $6.95 (Mon-Thurs)

**Holiday Weekend (Labor Day): 3 night minimum
July & August Weekends: 2 night minimum
Day Stays: Minimum of 4 hours – $2/ft (Upon availability. Pool passes are NOT included in day stay rates.)

Transient Electric Rates:

Single 30 amps: $25/day
Double 30 or Single 50 amps: $40/day
Double 50 amps: $80/day

Cancellation Policy:

Guest wishing to cancel their reservations may do so 72 hours prior to arrival date to receive a full refund less a $25 administration fee. If cancellation occurs after 72 hours- one night’s fees of the stay will be forfeited.

No-Shows will be charged for the entire length of their reservation.

Hazardous Weather conditions: Cancellations made due to hazardous conditions on the water will receive a credit for a future reservation equal to the cost. Credits must be applied to future reservations at the time of cancellation. Credit must be used in the current boating season.
