RULES & REGULATIONS

FOR GUEST BOATS AT STRONG'S WATER CLUB

  1. Friendly faces, fun, and laugher are always permitted.
  2. Call VHF Channel 9 for tie to instructions when entering the inlet. There is a dead zone in the inlet where reception is limited; if you
    don’t hear us, try again.
  3. Check-in time is 12:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
  4. All fees must be paid in full upon arrival through Dockwa.
  5. Slips can be requested at the time of reservation; it is not guaranteed that is where you will be placed, please know we will try our
    best to accommodate you.
  6. No swimming or diving shall be permitted from the docks, slips, floats, or within the basin.
  7. Mattituck Creek is a No Wake Zone. All boaters must comply with this law, especially around our docks.
  8. Pets must always be on a leash. The pooper-scooper law applies to the marina. Dog walk area is on the south side of the property
    by the board walkway. Dog waste station is located by dog walk area.
  9. Noise shall be kept to a minimum so as not to disturb or inconvenience other persons using the marina, especially between the
    hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., which is our quiet time.
  10. All boats tied at our slips must use bow, stern, and spring lines. Those who do not will be responsible for any damage they cause.
  11. The use of insufficient or worn dock lines is strictly forbidden and management may replace all such lines with suitable dock lines at
    their discretion, the cost of which shall be paid by the renter.
  12. No person shall discharge oil, spirits, waste, flammable liquids, or oily bilges from their vessel.
  13. No smoking on the gas dock.
  14. Any type of littering is prohibited. All waste should be placed in the appropriate receptacles.
  15. Grilling may be done in the designated grilling area located on the south side of the property. Absolutely no grilling on your boat
    or on the docks.
  16. As a private destination marina, we do not allow the display of political flags of any kind. We do encourage you to proudly
    display the American flag. You will be asked to remove political flags when docked at our property.
  17. Only pool-approved toys allowed in pool; no foreign objects allowed in pool.
  18. No glass or outside food in the pool/cabana area. Only food and beverages from Windamere will be permitted.
  19. Pool passes must be presented to access the pool.
  20. All pool guests must comply with posted rules and regulations.
  21. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by and be under the constant supervision of an adult.
  22. Marina is not responsible for pool closure due to force majeure, vandalism, or mechanical failure beyond operator's control. No
    refunds will be issued.
  23. Only Coast Guard approved life preservers are permitted as per Suffolk County Department of Health Services.
  24. Infants and toddlers must wear swim diapers.
  25. If pool is closed due to weather conditions, no refunds will be issued.
  26. Parents are solely responsible for their children’s conduct and behavior. Children or adults may be asked to leave the pool area
    after 3 warnings from the lifeguard on duty.
  27. Please take care of your belongings and do not leave personal items behind. Any personal items left after your stay will be
    removed and discarded.
  28. Bikes, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, and other similar personal transportation devices (motorized or not) are not permitted
    on the docks.
  29. Vehicles belonging to the boat owner, and anyone associated, are to be parked in the designated parking areas, to allow access
    by emergency vehicles. Any vehicle blocking emergency access or loading zones will be towed at the owner's expense.
  30. If you see something, say something. If you see anything that does not seem correct or seems unsafe, please bring it to the
    attention of our staff.
  31. Any violation of the above rules and regulations may result in the violator's ban from the marina.
